Fluffy, crunchy, light as air

We love our Sunday morning waffles, the leftovers freeze well and can be used as a bread replacement in sandwiches or the base of a great dessert. I always keep a bag on hand.

I have no cooking skills. My good friend recommended this pancake mix. I decided to try it. It is fantastic, easy instructions and quick to make. The pancakes are very moist and tasty.

Didn't know a mix like this could be this good

I bought this as part of an order of the Liege waffles. I can't believe how good this mix is. The texture, the flavors, this mix has so much flavor. I make the entire batch, freeze, and pull out daily and they cook up crispy and light. This is a staple in my house.
