Just like Brux waffle mix, the Brux pancake mix makes delicious pancakes. Highly recommend.

Great tasting high protein pancakes.

Looking at the ingredients, these Gluten free pancakes are high in protein low on additives. We enjoyed these tasty, very filling pancakes on a recent camp trip. Imagine healthy eating on the go. They were easy to make and we enjoyed the texture and flavor. We will be purchasing more.
